Some design products fall into the category of cult-images and amongst these is the bag radio designed by Weil in 1981 following his work at the Royal college of Art in London. Work since then has been for Alessi, Esprit and many others. The Boots- logo designed in 1985 is another of those symbols with which everyone has become so familiar it is a part of accepted imagery in the UK.
Weil now works for Pentagram Design in London.
