These drawings are ISOMETRIC diagrams and can easily be done using a 30/60 set-square and a drawing board.  Make sure that only vertical lines and lines drawn at 30 degrees to the horizontal are used.   If you shade the  sketches as shown here keep all  surfaces that are facing the same direction - the same colour or shade.
